Goth Rosary is yet another Out of the Box contributor that has made a remarkable
product worthy of review.

I received three generous sized bottles of their Daily Use Hair Conditioner and
Humectant in this month’s box and decided to perform a little experiment with them.
Due to the fact that hair texture and thickness often play a big part in whether
or not a conditioner works, I decided to have three different people try the conditioner
in order to see how it worked for them.

My daughter who has lots of fine tangle prone hair picked the Gothic Rose scent.

My husband whose hair is of medium thickness and texture chose the Seattle Rain scent.

I chose the Can’t Wait Demeter for my very thick and somewhat coarse (due to over styling
and processing) hair.

The results were as follows:

Fine hair: The product didn’t weigh down the hair or make it look heavy. It also rinsed clean
and didn’t leave a residue. Since this hair type is prone to tangles I would recommend
using a little dab of the conditioner as a leave in after the shower.
Doing this helped release the tangles, boosted the scent on the hair, and added shine
(not grease).

Regular hair: Hair that is not too fine or thick seemed to be a perfect fit for this conditioner.
To quote my husband “this stuff worked just as well as the mass produced conditioner
only it smelled a lot better.” Once again it provided moisture without leaving behind
no oily residue. In fact my husband’s hair was shinier than I had ever seen it.

Thick/Coarse hair: The true test of any great conditioner is thick, chemically processed
hair and my hair was ready to administer that test. Although it required a good bit
of the conditioner to penetrate all of my strands (as is the case with all conditioners),
it worked like a charm. As an added bonus it didn’t strip my hair color or make it fade
in the least.

To sum up my experiment, all hair types tested came out smelling and looking great.
The conditioner added shine and manageability without compromising softness or fading color.
